The KHS Travel Club is ready to continue our adventures in June of 2022 with a ten day trip to Greece! We will hold a second recruitment and information meeting in virtually on August 25 at 6:00PM (changed from library). In the meantime, feel free to view the itinerary or signup for the tour here.
Juniors! Be on the lookout for an email on August 24th containing a link to cast your votes for your class treasurer! Deadline to vote will be 8/24 @ 3:00PM.
The final day to request class changes will be Friday, August 20 at 3pm. If you need to make any changes between now and that time, please submit a request via the school website or make an appt with your counselor. Any requests after the deadline will be denied like the Minnesota Timberwolves in the playoffs (unless there is an extenuating circumstance). Keep in mind that even if you make a request to change your schedule, you may not get the change because some classes are at maximum capacity.

The Hawai‘i State Department of Education (HIDOE) today announced all student-athletes, athletic staff and volunteers will need to be fully vaccinated by Sept. 24, 2021, to participate in school-sanctioned athletic activities for the 2021-22 school year. Full vaccination is defined as two weeks after a second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Read the full press release here.
Kealakehe High School will be welcoming back our students to campus beginning August 3 for freshmen and August 4 for all students. Please take a moment to read this update from our Principal, Dr. Denight and the Department of Education. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
Schedule pickup and payment of fees for all grades will be held July 19 and 20 from 8:30AM-6:00PM and on July 21 - 23 from 8:30 - 3:00PM at the administration office. Mandatory fees are $20 for each student ($10 for class dues and $10 for student association fees) and must be paid before a schedule is picked up.
Reminder to all students - ALL Acellus classes end on July 16 and any work done after July 16 will not count. In other words, be sure to have all lessons done and ALL exams passed by this deadline. Before is even better. Partially done lessons are will not be saved.
Some classes may require summer homework. Please note that not all teachers submitted to this page but emailed students their work instead. Please check your email in addition to checking this page.
