Update on the 2021/22 School Year Opening

Kealakehe High School will be welcoming back our students to campus beginning August 3 for freshmen and August 4 for all students. Please take a moment to read this update from our Principal, Dr. Denight and the Department of Education. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Schedule Change Request Form

All changes to schedules must be requested using this form. Please fill it out completely or the change will not be considered.

Schedule Pickup and Fees Payment

Schedule pickup and payment of fees for all grades will be held July 19 and 20 from 8:30AM-6:00PM and on July 21 - 23 from 8:30 - 3:00PM at the administration office. Mandatory fees are $20 for each student ($10 for class dues and $10 for student association fees) and must be paid before a schedule is picked up.

Acellus Reminder

Reminder to all students - ALL Acellus classes end on July 16 and any work done after July 16 will not count. In other words, be sure to have all lessons done and ALL exams passed by this deadline. Before is even better. Partially done lessons are will not be saved.

Summer Homework

Some classes may require summer homework. Please note that not all teachers submitted to this page but emailed students their work instead. Please check your email in addition to checking this page.

Yearbook Distribution

Yearbooks will be distributed from 9-12 on June 28 and 29 in front of the administration office. Thank you for your patience regarding the late pickup; extra time was needed this year to fill the book.

Superintendent Message

For the 2021-22 school year scheduled to begin on August 3, all HIDOE schools will be fully open for daily, in-person learning. This includes resuming co-curricular and extracurricular activities such as clubs, band and athletics.
