Texas I don't know about y'all but I'm feeling such a rush from last week events the competition was such an all-time high let's hear from our senior class resident as she shares the results from Spirit Week oholei Riders this is senior class president Ryan I hope you guys had a fun time participating in Spirit Week here are the winners of Spirit Week in last place are the Juniors their place are the Freshman second place are the sophomores I didn't first place taking home the victory are these seniors stay tuned for next semester for Spirit Week 2.0 followed by the lip sync battle now let's watch a quick recap of spirit take me to great job to all of our students teachers and staff that participated in last week's spirit week also a big Mahalo to rasp team Miss Mina for demonstrating one of our three ours our Relationships by working so hard to plan and Lita tivities that strengthen our connections with each other thinking of working hard the waverider media team wants to continue to Spotlight the money soon is demonstrating the vision of what it means to be a Wave Rider graduate today let's hear from two of our students doing what they love with excellence aloha Play Riders we are here with McHale Mercado who's been named boys B Champion for Hawaii Island Macayo how are you feeling about knowing you're the best Boys Boulder on the island to be named the best boys bowler on the island and represent our school Estates in Oahu can you let us in on your process to get where you're at it's just spending lots of hours practicing ikv and having a good support group my parents are friends who just helped me through my times I tried to take deep breaths to call my mind but when it doesn't work I always look towards that's for guidance and help when I need it thank you so much for your time and good luck at States I am preparing a little Curry do for the competition students all over Hawaii can enter their dish and I'm students at Leeward Community College do the selecting process and they still like the three best out of each division and then go from there when selected first place out of 120 students I would stay in my tip is just practiced by some good quality and greedy then let's try some new recipes and practice and Evelyn and Cisco at your competition now for someone else mints this is the last week to sign up for the 2024 Japan trip all students interested it seemed is koizumi and f201 or visit the enrollment page as soon as possible October 31st is the absolute last day for students to sign up girls basketball is coming up if you're interested please go so they can allocate a website click that Lennox tab at the top once you do that look for the registration tab complete that form one side is done you must have a physical completed by your doctor's office once you have a completed turn it in to the Athletics office we are at you to come off and show off your motor skills and so everyone will you were made of now let's send it off to me to hear more information about the what's fair being held tomorrow hi everyone so there's going to be a college fair happening this Friday with a ton of different schools from across the nation and here's the alternative schedule as well as some of schools that will be present there so in order to participate in the college fair there is a couple different stuff that we need to take so the first step is to sign up via strike fair.com and if you check your email I see an email from Miss Ward titled college fair this Friday at khss do you know also includes alternative schedule for the day so in order to register for the fair please select the stripe fair.com link I don't need you to page that'll ask for registration if your student parent or counselor select student and from there it'll ask you to fill out information about the event on which is at Katy High School and then a few different academic or personal information that you can fill in now once you have filled in that information It'll ask you to get the text for their barcode and just once you hit sign up they'll send you the barcode which you can all add to your Apple wallet I'm so that it's easier to scan for the recruiters but you can also just have that picture saved to show the recruiters the barcode is very important to prepare for the college fair because this will give your information to the recruiter and you'll also be able to keep in contact with the school that you're interested in afterwards please make sure to have some questions prepared to ask your colleges that you're interested in and do some prior research in terms of the colleges that you want visit on this way you can get to know what the college campus like what environment is like with a student life is like and a lot of other things as well you can also look into what major is that those specific colleges offer and other like that so just make sure that you know that the schedule is different on Friday for the college fair and we're looking forward to seeing you all there I'm looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the college fair let's continue to work hard and live out
