Relay for Life This Friday!

Kealakehe High School's annual Relay for Life is this Friday, February 19 at 6:00PM. Join us in our fight against cancer. The event goes all the way until Saturday, February 20 at 6:00AM. Students must have their permission forms on file in order to stay the evening.

Start Time for the Week of February 15

There is no school for students on February 15 or 16. Students are to report to school from February 17-19 at 8:15 AM and attend all six of their classes each day.

Kealakehe High School Anti Harassment and Anti Bullying Statement

The vision of Kealakehe High School is “Harmony and Unity Through Dynamic Education and Community for Everyone, Every Time”. The administrators, faculty, and staff have been trained to recognize behaviors and actions that are classified as harassment and bullying. We do not promote, condone or tolerate such behaviors and are committed to investigating complaints of such harassment and discrimination and will take appropriate action as specified by DOE guidelines and procedures.

New Prices for School Meals

The 2009 Legislature amended the law on how school meal prices for students are to be determined. Therefore, meal prices have changed beginning January 1, 2010.

Spring Sports

All students who are interested in participating in spring sports must have a physical examination and completed consent form before they begin practice. Forms may be picked up in the attendance office. Click on the above link for start times and locations for each sport.

Scholarships and Federal Student Aid Help

Scholarship season is upon us and you should check out scholarships and start filling them out for dollars for college. Free Application for Federal Student Aid will be workshop the focus at the College Goal Sunday on Sunday, January 31 in the library at 1 PM. Bring a parent and start filling out the FAFSA.

School Bus Policy Changes

Supplemental Educational Services

Students who get free or reduced-price lunch MAY receive tutoring. Report card grades in reading & math are used to select students. Click on the title to get more information.
