UPDATE: 8/17 - **SCHEDULE CHANGES APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON WITH YOUR COUNSELOR. NO ELECTRONIC OR EMAIL REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED!**
Schedule changes may be made for the following reasons:
1) The schedule is missing a period
2) The course was taken and passed
3) Scheduling error (two of the same class, etc..)
4) Change in level of course
5) Seniors needing to meet requirements for graduation
6) Recommendation from IDEA/504 plan
Changes may NOT be made just to switch periods around or to switch to a different teacher.
In order to request a schedule change, please submit this form. It does not mean your schedule request is approved. Your counselor will reach out to you. If you have not heard from your counselor in 1 week (after school starts and/or after your request is submitted). Seniors may need to see their counselor to do a credit check before making any changes.
The deadline for schedule changes is Friday, August 25, 2023. Any schedule changes afterward will require teacher, parent, student, counselor, and admin approval.
