Some important information regarding late cap and gown ordering with Jostens:
- Only the attached order form may be used.
- Order forms must be mailed directly to Jostens. At this time, the school will not process orders.
- Only money orders and credit cards will be accepted. Do not mail cash.
- Once your order is received by Jostens, your cap and gown will be mailed directly to the school.
- Forms received by Jostens incomplete (such as height and weight missing) will greatly delay your order thus is is imperative that all information listed on the order form is correct.
- Only cap and gowns may be ordered using the attached form. Announcements and other non-mandatory graduation items may be purchased directly from Jostens on their website www.jostens.com,
