- All KHS students should turn in the form labeled "Winter Ball Dance Contract."
- All guests outside of KHS should use the form labeled "Winter Ball Guest Contract."
Dress Code for Semi Formal Dances
Ladies
- Strapless/spaghetti straps are allowed
- Dress/skirts must be at least two inches from mid thigh
- Slits no higher than two inches from mid-thigh
- Backless to waist is permitted – below waist is not permitted (opposite your belly button)
- No garters or other exposed lingerie/undergarments
- No part of the dress should be sheer or see-through
- No excessively low cut dresses or tops, cleavage must not be exposed
- No bare midriffs
- Collared shirt required; suit or coat is not required
- Shirts must have sleeves
- Shirts must remain on
- Dress pants or slacks, no jeans or corduroy (of any color, black included)
- No bandannas, chains, or canes
- No sunglasses
