This form is for Kealakehe High School students (please use your khswaverider account to complete the form) who are interested in taking Acellus online courses for ADVANCEMENT during the 2020 summer session. For students who want to take Acellus for recovery please complete the Summer 2020 google form on the Kealakehe High School website under the Students tab. Incoming freshmen (class of 2024) are not eligible for this program.
