Today is Wednesday, September 20th, 2017.

Learn a thing or two from WILY (pronounced: why-lee) people, learn how to take advantage of bad situations, but don’t do it by lying.

Registration for Early College and Running Start courses is now open! You can earn college and high school credits by taking HISTORY 151 in the spring semester for FREE! Other options are available through Running Start, as well as GEAR UP scholarships for free/reduced lunch students. If you want to learn more about taking college courses, there will be an informational session TOMORROW, September 21st during advisory in the cafeteria. See you there!

Anyone interested in trying out for boys soccer, there will be an informational meeting TOMORROW Sept 21st at 6pm in the stadium. This meeting is for players and parents.
Also remember to enroll on Register My Athlete!

Attention Seniors ~ Please please please make sure you turn in your quotes, casual photos and keiki photos this week! See Mrs. Pereida in Q-101 if you have any questions! To turn in your photos, bring a hard copy of your photo to Q101 for scanning or email a digital copy to [email protected]. Quotes need to be signed by you and your Advisory teacher and turned in to your Advisory teacher. Late entries will NOT be accepted.

Attention juniors and seniors! There are two college visits TOMORROW. Nova Southeastern University will be here during period 5 and Lewis and Clark College will be here during period 6. Both will be in the library. See you there!

Attention Juniors and Seniors! UH Hilo will be doing a presentation Tuesday, September 26th during period 1. See you there!

The KHS Travel Club is going to Greece this summer! Join us for a 13 day tour, which includes a four day Greek Isle cruise, in June 2018. Watch a video and download more information on our website. We also invite interested travelers to an informational meeting on October 3 at 6:00PM in the library. The KHS Travel Club is going places!

Help with Habitat for Humanity's Blitz Build right here in our Kealakehe community. Our high school's team is helping everyday 4 - 5:30pm. Sign up online - if you need help, go to the library or room I-202. Help dreams come true for some families in our community (DNR: keep through 9/22)

Attention all Homecoming Court members! There will be a meeting in Young's office TODAY during lunch.

Friendly reminder to all Quarterly Bus Riders... 2nd quarter payments will be due after Fall Break. Please be sure to turn in payments in a timely manner if you do not want to cause a break in use of transportation services/denial of ride due to non payment. Also all bus passes need to be punched for the 2nd Qtr as well.!

Winter Ball tickets go on sale October 2! The last day to buy one is on October 6. Only cash will be accepted this year as the state took away our online payment system.

As a reminder, you must download and fill out a dance agreement and bring it with you when you purchase your tickets. Students without a signed agreement will not be allowed to purchase a ticket. See Young with questions.

Lunch today is Creole Macaroni w/Whole-Grain French Bread & Fruit Slushy, House Salad, Orange, and a milk.
