Good Morning WaveRiders!

Today is Tuesday, September 6, 2016.

We hope you had a great 3 day weekend and are ready for the second half of first quarter! Please get ready for progress reports to come out this Friday!

This week is an A/B Schedule with school starting every day at 9:00 AM. Today are Periods 1, 2 & 3.

If you haven't voted for Homecoming Court yet, please stop by Mr. Young's trailer during wiki or lunch TODAY!

Attention Juniors! University of Oregon will be here tomorrow at 10:00 in the cafeteria, which is 24 minutes into period 4. See you there!

Due to weather concerns resulting in school closure, the Martial Arts Demonstration originally scheduled for Thursday of last week has been postponed until this Thursday. Again weather permitting; there will be a Martial Arts Demonstration on the outside stage between the library and cafeteria now on Thursday September 8 during lunch. This demonstration will focus on the gentleness of the art, followed by a question and answer session.

Attention all students and faculty members. You asked for it and now you have it. The KHS Travel Club is planning a trip to Britain and Ireland this summer! Join us for a parent and traveler meeting in the library on Tuesday, September 13 at 6:00PM. You may also get more information by stopping by Young's office or visiting the website.

Attention Sophomores and Juniors! Sign ups for the October PSAT is happening now! Tests are available on a first come, first serve basis, so sign up ASAP with Mrs. Davis. You must sign up and pay $15 to the accounting office by September 22nd in order to take the test

All girls interested in playing softball this season, there will be strength and development clinics held every Saturday during the month of September. See the school’s athletics website for more info on how to register.

Wiki and lunch today is Chicken Patty on Whole Grain Bun, Oven Fries, Lettuce & Tomato
Oranges/Applesauce and a milk.
