Good Morning WaveRiders!

Today isThursday, May 19, 2016.

Today we have senior finals in periods 5 and 6 and then underclassmen go to period 1 after lunch.

And tomorrow, it’s only underclassmen attending periods 2, 4, and 6.

Underclassmen finals begin next Monday with period 1 and 2 on Monday…and a study session in period 3 if you stay on campus after lunch

Tuesday will be underclassmen finals in periods 3 and 4 with a study session in period 5 if you stay on campus after lunch

Wednesday will be underclassmen finals in periods 5 and 6 with period 1 after lunch

Next Thursday is the student make-up day…and then we return to school on Tuesday, August 2nd.

Did you sign up for AP US History or AP European History for next year? If you did, please see Mr. Huitt in D203 to pick up your AP summer homework. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Huitt in D203.

We would like to invite all parents, students and staff to our Annual Spring Concert TONIGHT! This year’s concert will be featuring Kealakehe High School’s concert band, concert choir, ukulele ensemble and vocal ensemble.

Music will consist of standard and new songs such as; Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, Thinking Out Loud, Stitches,Lost Boy, and Sway. Our concert will be held in the band room and will begin at 7PM. Please come and joining us for a night of fun and good music.

Attention all seniors who are doing community service to pay off your obligations! See Young in the SAC Office to sign up for your shift.

Aloha All! Are you one of those students that prefer excitement in your life rather than stability? Are you a junior who is looking to graduate next year but are short credits?

Are you a freshman that wants to take a history course over the summer so that you can accelerate your high school experience? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, there is still time to sign up for summer school.

30 days of instruction starting on June 1 and ending on July 14. Applications are available online at the school Website or on the counter of the main office. Mahalo

Attention Seniors! Friday is the last day to sign up for Project Grad. It will be a great night of fun, food and laughter with your classmates. Don't miss out on the best night of your senior year.

Forms are available at the library. A rep will be available at grad practice this afternoon. Reminder, the white waiver forms are due by Friday too.

ATTENTION ALL JUNIORS. It's YOUR turn for SENIOR PORTRAITS!!

Senior portraits will be taken on campus, in the SAC trailer, on July 19th and 20th. All junior CEPA teachers should have received information packets and scheduled appointment cards in boxes today.

Juniors need to return the completed blue sheet with payment of $25 to the photographer when they have their portrait taken. The senior quote, senior casual photo, and senior keiki photo are not due until September 16th.

If students cannot make the scheduled appointment time, they should contact the Action Photos of Hawaii Hilo directly at 935-9922. If you are planning to attend as a senior next year, and did NOT receive an appointment card, please see Mrs. Pereida in Q-101 as soon as possible.

Attention peer tutors! Stop by Vice Principal Office 2 today to fill out an end-of-the-year survey and enjoy some good food! Come by during wiki, lunch, or any free period you may have.

Wave rider Wahine Water Polo Players - your letters and pins are in!! Come by the Kingdom of Monell to pick them up.

Also Mr Vogt will be placing a $150 obligation in your school file for those who did not turn in 2 parkas, old and new, plus your game suit.

Wiki and lunch today is Italian sausage pizza, garden salad, baby carrots, diced pears, apples and a milk
