Good Morning WaveRiders

(introduce yourselves)

Today is Friday, December 2nd, 2016.

Attention Juniors & Seniors! Are you interested in taking English 100 through our Early College program for FREE? Do you have a 2.6 or higher GPA? If so, you should see Mrs. Davis right away! We are still trying to fill this class and time is running out. Take advantage of this awesome dual credit opportunity!

Attention all who are going to Winter Ball. Apparently some misunderstood Young's joke about Winter Ball. It is not a pot luck. Your ticket includes a full meal and the dance will be held at the Sheraton. All attendees must bring an ID to enter. See you Saturday at the Sheraton. Remember, doors open at 5:15 and close at 6:00.

Going to Winter Ball? Remember that doors open at 5:15 and close at 6:00. See Young if you need to make special arrangements. Those who received notices for not turning in dance agreements or have not turned in their agreement need not show up as they will be denied entry at the door. See Young with questions or concerns.

Attention Seniors! Did you know that Senior Ball ticket sales will start after you return from winter break? Start saving your money now! See the website for more details and forms. See Young with questions.

Mr. Harrs and your counselors are now taking applications for the "Kia I Aina Kualoloa" program 2017. This culturally based, place based, Hawaiian studies program will spend eight Saturdays preserving cultural sites, removing invasive species, planting food crops and learning Hawaiian chants, language and songs.

If you are interested in learning more about your home, family and giving back to your community, your participation is welcomed. You will receive .5 social studies credit that can be used to meet graduation requirements or CEPA make-up. Transportation and food are provided. Space is limited. See your counselor or Mr. Harrs today in room E-201.

Wiki and lunch today is Kalua Pork with Cabbage, Steamed Brown Rice, Whole Grain Sweet Roll, Lomi Tomato, Pineapples/Cranberries and a milk.

Next up is a clip and then Mr. Castro will be on to continue the lesson on Anti-bullying.

Thanks for watching and have a great WaveRider Friday
