Today is Friday, October 28 2016.

Hey Seniors! 
We're extending the deadline for T-shirt designs for one more week, the deadline will be the third of November. Make sure to submit your design by email. Your cepa teacher should have the email.

Attention NHS members! 
There will be a meeting on tuesday the 1st and wednesday the 2nd! We have some activities planned so make sure to come! 

All girls interested in trying out for the girls JV and Varsity softball team meet at the AA locker rooms this Friday, 10/28 at 3:30 pm.  All girls interested in trying out for the girls JV and Varsity softball team meet at the AA locker rooms this Friday, 10/28 at 3:30 pm. 

All students grades 9-12th interested in running for this year's may day court. There will be a mandatory meeting on Friday during Wiki in room E-303. Any questions, please see Mrs. Kekuaokalani.

 Attention Juniors & Seniors! University of Portland will be here today during 2nd period in the cafeteria. Again, University of Portland, cafeteria, per.2. See you there!


Attention Seniors! Field trip forms for the UH Hilo Open House & Tour are due Today. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. The field trip is on Oct. 31 and we will be gone all day, lunch will be provided. You MAY NOT drive to this event on your own! 

Also, the UH Hilo Decision on the Spot has been moved to Wednesday, November 2nd. If you signed up, you should have received your packet of forms to complete and return to Mrs. Davis by November 1st. If you would still like to sign up, see Mrs. Davis ASAP!


NHS members interested in helping at Kahakai's Family Night tonight or the Halloween Pa'ina and Run on Saturday please come and see Mrs. Anderson in the library.

Still thinking about traveling to Ireland, Scotland and the UK this year with the Travel Club? If so, the price of this tour will go up in November. Be sure to put down your $95 deposit to lock in your lower price. See Young in the SAC Office with questions.

Waverider fall baseball conditioning has started! Conditioning will be held after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 330pm until 5pm. Please see Coach Hansen for details. GO RIDERS!!!

There will be a second round of picture day make-ups on November 7th. This make-up picture day will be for students that missed picture day, students that ordered pictures and want to re-take their picture, and new students. 

Students that ordered pictures and want to retake them MUST come see Ms. Zamber during wiki or CEPA in I102 by October 28th. New students and students that missed picture day DO NOT need to come to I102. 


ATTENTION: BUS RIDERS! VERY IMPORTANT! 2ND QTR BUS PAYMENTS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE MAKE PAYMENTS A.S.A.P. TO AVOID BUS SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS. BUS DRIVERS WILL BE CHECKING YOUR PASSES. Wiki and lunch today is Chicken Ala King, Whipped Potato, Corn & Carrots
Whole Grain Roll, Oranges/Pineapples and a milk.

Next up is a clip and then Mr. Castro will be on to talk about Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF.
