Today is Wednesday, December 16, 2015

And it’s the last day of final exams for this semester! Finals are in periods 5 and 6 today and you report to period 1 if you stay on campus after lunch.

Tomorrow is a make-up day, so there won’t be any periods or bells…you just go directly to the teacher you need to see for make-ups.

And all students return to school on Thursday, January 7 which will be an A day schedule with school starting at 9am!

All 9th and 10th grade girls interested in playing JV softball, report to the locker rooms by the baseball field today @ 3:30pm and check in with coach Loni.

Poly Dance Class: Congratulations! You took first place in the marching category of the 2015 Kailua Kona Christmas Parade! I guess that means you all get an "A" for your Final! Have a great Winter Break!! From Coach K and Mrs. K.

We have six Kindles that Waikoloa Friends of the Library donated to our school. If you would like to check one out to read an e-book please come to the library.

NHS members there will be a January calendar available in F101 and the library.

This Saturday there is a family fun run from Palani to Kealakehe Parkway…registration starts around 7am.

Seniors, there are lots of scholarship applications available so please stop by Mrs. Hartney’s office and pick them up before you go on break.

If you are interested in applying for the Kealakehe High School SCC Sarah Rosenberg scholarship, please see Mr. Huitt in D203 or Mrs. Hartney to pick up a packet.



This is the way that our school chooses our two speakers for graduation and has existed since the school's first graduation in 2001. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Huitt in D203. Thank you!

Attention bus riders:
3rd quarter bus payments are due. It’s very important to make sure your bus pass is punched for 3rd qtr or that you pick up your coupons once payment is made. It is your responsibility to make sure this is done.

Also if you have bus pass issues or need to pick up coupons for that day, please do so before school begins, during wiki or during lunch only. Do not expect issues to be resolved after school in time to catch the bus home.

And be aware that coupons and quarter payment punches are good for that day only if your payment was received before 9am that day.

Good luck on your finals!! Ace your finals!! You can do it. Remember what the nike slogan is- "just do it!!" Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Waveriders!!!!!!!!!
