Revised Kealakehe High School Dress Standard

Kealakehe High School has an obligation to provide a healthy, safe environment where students and staff members can focus on providing the dynamic curriculum to prepare our teens to be great citizens who are high achieving in a global society. Teaching critical thinking and problem solving skills applied to relevant, “real world” scenarios is a major goal of the curriculum. Student focus group meetings, public hearings and much discussion by the School Community Council (SCC) resulted in the revised Kealakehe High School Dress Standard (KHSDS) Policy.

Hawaii State Assessment Schedule

The Hawaii State Assessment begins on Monday, March 29. Due to testing requirements, we will be on an A/B schedule until April 16 with school beginning at 9:00. Click above for a more specific schedule, including a comprehensive testing schedule.

Quarter Four Bus Payments

Quarter four bus payments are now being taken. Please submit cash or check in a bus envelope and drop it in to the black box located outside of Administration Building the amount for fourth quarter is $60.00 for round trip and $30.00 for one way. Coupons are also available for $7.50 per sheet of ten. Final date for payment for quarter four is April 5, 2010.

There will be no school from 3/15 - 3/19 due to spring intercession. Quarter three report cards will be mailed the last week of March.

Relay for Life This Friday!

Kealakehe High School's annual Relay for Life is this Friday, February 19 at 6:00PM. Join us in our fight against cancer. The event goes all the way until Saturday, February 20 at 6:00AM. Students must have their permission forms on file in order to stay the evening.
