Today is Tuesday, September 25th, 2018.

University of Hawaii at Hilo will be visiting our campus TODAY at 10:15, right after wiki, on the Library Floor. If you are interested in attending UH Hilo, or at least getting information about the UH system, please swing by the the library after wiki.

Aloha Juniors and Seniors if you would like to learn more about goal setting, going to college, or starting your own business, there will be a Wahine Workshop during study hall TODAY at the library. Entrepreneurs and career woman from the Kona community will be there, featuring 101 Salon, Blush Boutique, Hakus by Ki, Modern Milestones of Hawaii, Blue Cupcakery, and Ehukai Sport and Spine. See Mrs. Rosenbloom for more details.


College bound underclassmen remember to sign up to take the PSAT. It will be during school on October 24. The cost is $16. There are a limited number of tests so sign up and pay in the accounting office as soon as possible. There are a limited number of fee waivers for 11th graders.

Anyone wishing to take a practice ASVAB test during study hall please come to the library and sign up.

Winter Ball tickets go on sale Monday, October 1. Tickets for KHS students are $65. Tickets for guests are $70. Cash and money orders only. No checks. Tickets may be purchased at the SAC office before school, during wiki and lunch only. You must have a dance agreement signed at the time of purchase; download the agreement on the website or pick a copy up in Young's office.

WAVERIDERS THIS IS YOUR CHANCE AT GETTING PUBLISHED IN THIS YEAR’S YEARBOOK!!! Over the next four weeks capture storytelling photos and send them to [email protected]. This week would be great to take some photos of your grade’s Spirit Week!
