Today is Wednesday, November 14th, 2018.

Chaminade will be visiting our campus Friday, November 16 at 12:00 in the library conference room. If you are interested in attending Chaminade or just getting more information please stop by.

Are you a senior of Native Hawaiian Descent who plans to attend college? Are you interested in learning about college scholarships for Native Hawaiian students? TODAY at 5:30 pm, the Native Hawaiian Scholarship 'Aha Fair will be here in our cafeteria. The scholarship ʻaha series, presented by the Native Hawaiian Education Association, will have presentations and information on scholarships and financial aid opportunities for Native Hawaiians.

If you took the ASVAB last month please stop by the library to receive your scores.

Attention Seniors! There will be a UH Hilo “Decision on the Spot” session on November 26th during 3rd period. If you're interested in applying to UH Hilo, see Mrs. Davis to pick up an application packet. All students who attend the session will get the $50 application fee waived!

NHS members if you have a few minutes drop by the library to help complete our Thanksgiving project.

Hey, are you interested in being a pilot? If so, see Mrs. Davis in the counseling office to sign up for a special informational session with a Hawaiian Airlines pilot.

Waverider Learning Center, version 2.0 has begun. It will run Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 3:15. If you are interested in attending please pick up an application in the attendance office, counselors office or library. You can come to the learning center without an application but to get a ride home from learning center you will need an application on file by Tuesday, November 27th. Applications can be returned to the library.

Teen health camp will be held all day at Palamanui Campus on Friday, November 16th. Learn about what it takes to become a doctor, nurse, or other health professional!

Model United Nations will be putting on a student led debate for students interested in local and international current event from Friday, November 16th to Saturday, November 17th. See Mr. Chaouni for more information.

Attention actors, singers, and dancers. Auditions for the musical "Mamma Mia" will be held at the Aloha Theater December 3 and 4 at 6 p.m. All roles are available, no experience is necessary, and newcomers are welcome. See Mr. Dahlke in the library for more details.

Key Club will be doing a fundraiser on Thursday, November 15th in honor of Veterans Day. We will be selling Costco pizza and an assortment of drinks during and after study hall. ALL profits will be donated to the Wreaths Across America foundation which we use to help buy wreaths to decorate fallen soldiers' and veterans' graves.

Wiki and lunch today are Nachos w. Beef, House Salad, Fruit Juice, Sliced Peaches
