(Good Morning WaveRiders
(introduce yourselves)
Today is Friday, September 30, 2016.
Happy Spirit Week! Today is WaveRider Pride Day on a special assembly-day schedule.
Congratulations to the Seniors for an awesome march yesterday!
Today at Wiki is the Donut on A String Activity and at lunch is the Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dumb Relay, then it’s the School March.
Seniors that ordered senior portraits, come pick them up in I102 during CEPA or wiki only. Please come by October 7th.
Attention Seniors: Project Grad is having an open house informational session at Kealakehe High School Library on Tuesday, October 11 at 6:00pm. This meeting is for anyone (parents, friends, community members) interested in continuing the tradition of Project Grad night for graduating seniors of Kealakehe and WHEA.
All Project Grad committee positions are needed to bring the event to reality for the seniors. So far very few have come forward. There will be no additional sessions planned so if you can't make it send a representative. Please help spread the word! Mahalo
Attention all who are traveling with Young to Ireland this year! The price of the tour will rise on October 1. Be sure to sign up and pay your $95 deposit by Friday to lock in the cheaper price. Don't pay more for the same tour!
Attention Seniors! Are you ready for the FAFSA? It opens October 1st, which is this Saturday! You and your parent should create your FSA ID as soon as possible so you are ready when the FAFSA opens. Mark your calendars for the FAFSA Family Night on Oct. 5 at 5:30 pm in the library. Hope to see you there!
Bus riders who have quarterly plans, 2nd quarter payments are due by October 14, 2016. Again October 14, 2016. Please submit payments before fall break. Window open to students before school begins, during wiki and during lunch only. Closed after school to students to prevent you from missing your bus.
All students, please make sure you are updating your Q1 PTP and filling out the pink half-sheet you received last week. Q1 PTP is due next week Wednesday.
Wiki and lunch today is Kalua Pork & Cabbage, Steamed Brown Rice, Whole Grain Sweet Roll
Lomi Tomato, Pineapples/Cranberries and a milk.
Next up is a clip and then Turi will be on with a Flash Mob Refresher. Later, Mrs. Kekuaokalani will be on to call CEPA Ohanas.
Thanks for watching and have a great WaveRider Pride-Day Friday!
