Today is Thursday, February 25, 2016.

 

Please remember, today all students return to CEPA during ELO.  This is so juniors can finish bubbling their ACT booklets and other grades will work on gradelevel business or PTPs or something productive.

 

Next Tuesday, March 1st, is the ACT day.  So juniors will report directly to the gym on Tuesday and 9th and 10th graders will report to their CEPA class.

 

And next Wednesday is the senior class photo for yearbook so seniors will report directly to the gym.

 

Aloha Wahine Waterpolo players the time is near to elect your captains. If you want your vote to count please come by the Kingdom of Monell this Friday at lunch. We also need to figure out if you still want shirts this season. Yipee grumpy ole coach.

 

Attention all Waveriders! It's time to sign up for Early College for summer and fall! Remember, this awesome opportunity will allow you to take college courses through Palamanui on our campus for FREE! If you or your parents want more information or if you're ready to sign up, come to the Early College Family Night TONIGHT from 5:30-6:30 pm. See you there!

 

Please help Palamanui celebrate the new West Hawai’i campus with an open house this Saturday from 9am-2pm.  There will be live performances, cooking demonstrations with light refreshments, and campus tours. 

 

Dance Fitness Zumba and Herbalife Party on February 27th at Kealakehe High School Cafeteria. This event is FREE for everyone. Zumba will start at 11:00 and following that at 12:00 we will have our Super Shake Party.

 

If you give a donation you can get a ticket to enter in our awesome door prizes such as, a movie ticket, hydro flasks, gift cards and more!! 

We Hope to see you and your families there! Ditch the Workout and Join the party!

 

Seniors! Nominations for Senior Ball Court are now open! Nominate seniors by filling out the form on the school's website. See Young if you need help logging into your account. The last day to nominate students is Monday, March 14 at 2:00PM.

 

Are you and your parent interested in participating in a Driving Challenge? On March 5 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, Kealakehe High School will host its first Driver Excellence Driving Challenge.

 

The event will include various driving courses and traffic safety learning stations.This is a FREE training which normally would cost $150 for both you and your parent.

 

Registration packets can be picked up in Q-203 or in the Library and need to be submitted by Friday. If you have any more questions, please contact Mrs. Aparicio or Mr. Verble.

 

Aloha all seniors and students of the Kia i Aina Kamehameha School's program. We will be meeting this weekend Saturday the 27th for another day of chants, stories and removal of invasive species.

 

Please meet in Mr. Harr's class at 8:00AM. Please make sure to wear shoes, long pants and bring water bottles. See you this weekend, A hui hou.

Okay, for 9th, 10th, and 12th graders it is now time for LifePlan with your mentor.

 

But for 11th graders, we need you to stay tuned for Mrs. Davis so she can take you through the bubbling process to get ready for the ACT.
