Seniors! Want to nominate a song for class song? How about a theme for Senior Ball? Got an idea for class song or gift? If so, take the short survey on the webpage. You'll need your school Google account. See Young if you have access problems. The last day to nominate anything is this Friday.

Seniors, this Thursday from 9am to 5pm Hawaii time there is a free online virtual event about how to pay for college. You can chat live with admissions counselors, learn from financial experts and be entered to win a $5000 scholarship.

Filipino Women's League, Big Island Federal Credit Union, HAPA, HPU Tuition Waivers

Takitani Foundation, Kaimana Awards, Various Rotary Club scholarships, Daughters of the American Revolution


and the Seattle Foundation, which provides an online database to match you with appropriate scholarships. Come down to pick up applications or talk to Ms. Davis to get more information.

Attention Seniors who want to attend Project Grad after graduation ceremonies. Registration forms are now available on the project grad website (khsprojectgrad.com), with your CEPA teachers or at the school library. Sign up by February 5th and be entered in a drawing to win a senior ball ticket valued at $95. Don't wait!

Aloha all seniors and senior advisors. Wednesday the 13th and Thursday the 14th, Mr. Harrs will be hosting an informational meeting regarding CEPA recovery requirements and the Kia i Aina Kualoloa program during CEPA class.

All senior advisors have the list of seniors needing CEPA recovery. Please send all students to E-201 either today or tomorrow to pick up their recovery applications and attend an informational meeting.

If you are a senior and have failed any year of CEPA class, and are planning on walking the line, your attendance is required. Any other students interested in this Kamehameha Schools program and attaining social studies credit please come by E-201 ASAP. Space is limited.

Attention juniors and seniors! There are two college visits coming up this month. The first is from Linfield College in Oregon. The athletic director and football coach wants to speak with interested football players and other athletes. He will be here on January 21st during 2nd period.

Hawaii Tokai International College will be here on January 29th during 5th period. If you are interested in attending one of these college talks, sign up on the clipboard on the counter of the bus office.

Seniors! Information regarding Senior Ball ticket sales have been posted on the website. Read all the information before purchasing a ticket. Ticket sales begin February 8.

Attention seniors who still need to order your cap and gown! Orders must now be placed online at www.jostens.com. For those who only need to order a stole and tassel, the last day to order is Thursday! These items must be ordered directly through Young and not the Jostens' website. See Young in the SAC Office with questions.

Waverider baseball has officially started! Come join the fun! Anyone interested in playing baseball this season should report to Simmons field directly after school for practice. The first JV game is this coming Monday January 18th at Konawaena. See Mr. Hansen for details.... GO WAVERIDERS!!!!!!
