1st round states playoffs - football - Kekuaokalani
Hey Waverider Fans: R U ready for some football? Then come to the waverider stadium on Friday, 11/11/11. Game starts at 7pm. Our football team needs a 12th player - - that means YOU! Let's DO WORK! So wear blue, bring your homemade noise makers, bring your loud voices and your fighting spirit and get ready to cheer as we challenge Leilehua High School in the 1st round of states playoffs. Conditioning - Hartfield
Off-Season Weights and Conditioning will begin today after school and meet every Tuesday - Thursday. Any student, boy or girl, interested in improving themselve is invited to meet at the weight room, AABldg. today. These workouts are about 30 minutes and include weight training, plyometrics, core strengthing and running.
