Cap and Gown - Young
Attention seniors! Ka'analike, a local non profit organization, is once again giving away scholarships for the purchase of cap and gowns. All students who are interested can pick up an application from your CEPA teacher or Young in the SAC Office. Please remember that all applications must include a credit check from your counselor. Seniors - Rossman
Any senior who wants to help raise money for project grad and can help with the Lavaman Triathlon on Sunday from 7:45 to noon, please contact Margo at 960-1392, that's 960-1392. You will get a free tshirt, and will be helping raise money for Project Grad!

SENIOR PORTRAITS - Pereida
Attention seniors: All senior portraits have now been scheduled. If you have NOT received an appointment card, see Mrs. Pereida in Q-101 before Friday as the last scheduled appointments are this Saturday, August 28th.

Homecoming Dance Tickets - Young
Tickets are now on sale for the first annual Homecoming Kickoff Dance on September 25. Tickets are only a buck and can be purchased in the SAC office. See Young for more information.

Powderpuff Signup - Young
Attention junior and senior girls who are interested in playing in this year's homecoming powderpuff game. Signups are happening now in Young's office. The last day to signup is September 1. Optional personalized jerseys are available for purchas for only $15. Only cash will be accepted. Any questions? See Young.

College visits - Hartney
Juniors and Seniors! Admissions official from University of Oregon will be in the cafeteria on Sept 8 at 9:30 AM. Portland State University rep will meet with interested students on Thurs., Sept 9 at 9 AM. Sign up on the door at Hartney's office.

Waverider Learning Center Opening Monday - Dowells
The Waverider Learning Center will be opening this Monday from 3:30 to 5:00 pm in the library. Transportation to designated areas including Waikoloa is offered for $10 per quarter with discounts for certified Free/Reduced Lunch recipients. Transportation must be paid before being used and applications can be picked up in the library, registrars office, administration office, and F301. Transportation payments can only be made at the Waverider Learning Center- see Mrs. Dowells in room F301 or call ext 2289 for more information.
