The drawing and painting classes submitted 30 works of art to the 29th annual "Young at Art" judged exhibition and we're happy to share that 18 of the works have been accepted and one of students will be receiving an award! It's that time of year again! Foodland, Foodland Farms and Sack N Save has one again teamed up with Hawaii's schools to offer $2,000 scholarships with their Shop for Higher Education program. From February 15 to March 28, we ask that you designate your Maika'i card to Kealakehe High School - SCHOOL CODE 7553.
The Hawaii Department of Education has replaced EZSchool Pay with a new vendor, School Cafe. Parents may go to www.schoolcafe.com to register for a meal account in the new system (or click on the title of this post to be directed). Parents may make payments and monitor student meal accounts once they register.
Applications for the Spring 2017 session two are now available. Students can go to room Q-203 to pick up an application packet or download one here.
Seniors, many scholarships have deadlines that are quickly approaching! Some scholarships have deadlines for the FAFSA, so be sure you submit the application ASAP if you haven't already! Yearbooks will be on sale until Friday February 3, 2017. Yearbooks are limited so order yours by February 3 to ensure that you get one and pay the lowest price of the year ($60). Yearbooks can be purchased in I102 during wiki or at jostens.com.
