basketball going on same time Friday night it's getting really busy time of year Saturday pilings going to be in Kailua Bay swimming is going to be out at HPA we're having a BF wrestling tournament here all day Saturday in the gym  boys basketball traveling to holla and soccer's going to be at Cal so busy busy weekend coming up okay so we're in the middle of the winter sport going to be moving toward the spring sports Spring Sports being water polo you've been hearing the announcements about the practices coming up so if your industry water polo you should be and those practices also coming up baseball softball track Judo anybody interested in going out for Judo next Tuesday 3:30 down at the football field going to have our first meeting so Judo next Tuesday 3:30 at the football field something and the issue that just came up yesterday was the wifi password so what WiFi so this is kind of good because this is kind of the Direction Where We were going and so she came in with this last and I was like this is perfect this is actually going to fit with with CPAP like the next week and a half it was like it's almost like we planned it that way so I went to The Strain I talked about it on Monday I went to this training on a wahoo by this guy named eye doctor Jay Newman and he runs this this program called Culture by choice and essentially it's at 8 at the school is actually by our choice it's us that creates culture go to the bathroom situation I was talking about yesterday frog part of doing this is actually bringing that climate Council back Lima Council that was sitting here talking with Jen I said she have to explain what kind of counsel is because cheers was one of these things they're going to do we're going to do and then just like just to do it right it again that's part of this culture by choice we just chose not to do it right credit counsel what explain a little bit what it is sweet dream and you bring different issues regarding the different School issues that you have that maybe you're sleeping might come up with or maybe you have talked all your friends and different representatives from the student council also be there pinch it off that list yourself these were things that she heard from you guys so they are stuff to bring attack on Friday Young Thing know which is which is kind of cool and I really like them in this training is in order to do this culture in order this culture shift and this culture is going to be shifted with you guys and I see you guys in the students working with teacher The Faculty you guys ones driving this change he said  is there any school he goes any school play the corporation this is actually he was like activity coordinator superintendent like a principal he did all this stuff and now he's in the corporate world help me buy coke and like I think I believe it was called the came to and they had like an extremely high turnover rate and like the South they were wondering to hop time in our turnover rate of people quitting is like 38% you know like you know what like why you going to why is it that way and then you don't need did a study using the stuff you learned of the schools that it's actually it was a culture that Coke created within the organization that kind of created these feelings right up daddy says this is all going to work on Friday again I'm going to kind of give me an idea across the top of the bathroom issue the wifi issue right now to change that culture alright Rules of Engagement and other words that we can agree going to talk to anyone on campus I mean it's whether it's students and teacher interaction teacher teacher interaction Adnan student interaction and sees he says no one at 5 we're going to have to have can I get my going to this more detail on Friday that rules that we all agree to live by when we're in communicating with someone we were talking with someone on campus is the five roles of the three rules whatever you guys come up with of
